Pattaya Thailand Condo Living

Since Pattaya is an international tourist destination, Thai food is competing for attention for a change.  International cuisine rules here; several noteworthy establishments have been around and feeding the population for decades.  The locals take food and fun seriously. 

South Pattaya starts to swing when the sun sets; traffic comes to a halt and the street turns into Walking Street, affectionately known as “The Strip”.  People who are fond of tranquil settings may scoff at the boisterous atmosphere.  Give it a chance, why don’t you; prepare yourself with the right mind set and a little determination before you head out to join the party-with-thousands.  Endure the raucous adventure that the newbie must face; you may be surprised and might find that Pattaya just turn out to be all right, just as those who come here and don’t often leave.

 The condos range in price per square meters from 30,000 Baht to 75,000 Baht.  Spacious unit with gulf view will always fetch a premium price.  Condominium developers are adding more and more features, amenities and services to attract buyers; these may include WIFI, modern gym and fitness center, steam rooms, jogging tracks, fancy swimming pools, high-level 24-hour security system, international-standard fire protection system, lush landscaped gardens, and covered parking spaces.     

There are many advantages of retirement living in Pattaya condos: you have no yard works or exterior repairs to do and you get to live safely with nearby neighbors, all in large foreign communities which make it easy to fine new friends.  Retiring can keep you busy in Pattaya.
