Author Terms of Service

1. You agree that you are the original author of each article you submit. If you have hired a ghost writer, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.

2. There are no guarantees that your articles will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your articles. If published, we reserve the right to remove any articles at any time unless you have chosen a paid submission for your article and completed the payment through PayPal.

3. We reserve the right to move your article to a more suitable category if we find it to be submitted to a improper or unrelated category.

4. By submitting your articles to Premium Article Directory, you agree to allow us to:

  a. Publish your article on Premium Article Directory and any of its directory partners.

  b. Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate.

5. You agree that Premium Article Directory is a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for submitting your articles to our sites and you will not be paid if and when your articles are published. You will receive all credit for your work and your resource box will be left in place.

6. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles.

Publisher Terms of Service

1. You must not remove the "Article Source: Premium Article Directory” and its live link from each article you choose to publish.

2. You agree to respect the copyright of the author whose articles you wish to publish. This includes but is not limited to the author resource box and any links provided by the author and author name. If you republish the article you must not edit the title, article body, or resource box in any way.

3. You agree that you will not edit links to use the rel=nofollow tag and to keep hyperlinks "live" so that users can click on said link and be taken to it's destination.

4. You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material and never to use any articles for use in spam email.

5. You agree to never sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author.
